Round, domed construction with ornate gold work set with multiple cabochon stones, likely glass (which was common for this style of jewelry). Midcentury, 1950s-1960s. Jump ring is 14k and ope- it will be soldered closed prior to shipment unless you prefer a different jump ring, in which case please DM or email after purchase
