Refund policy

We understand that you put your trust into our shop, and sometimes a piece doesn’t work out! For that reason, we allow store credit/exchanges for any item within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us via DM @velvetboxofgold or email us at hello@velvetboxofgold.com. Items must be in the same condition it was received. Altered items (such as sizing) and layaway are final sale.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer but we are happy to assist with creating and sending labels.
